Spent 2 nights in a cozy Double or Twin Room and loved the diverse breakfast spread and relaxing time by the beautiful outdoor pool. The garden area is a perfect spot to unwind with some loungers and a seasonal outdoor pool. Just a heads up, the reception could be a bit more attentive, but overall it was a great experience 😊

Amazing location just off the Lakes as well as other restaurants in a pretty quiet area. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a private safe, and pay TV in the room.

Perfect hotel with immensely pleasant personnel and perfect view on Iseo lake. Generous and wonderful breakfast options, including croissants, toast, cakes, bangers and bacon. Good service at the restaurant! Free internet, parking behind the property. A local area, stunning and gorgeous location very close to the Lake Iseo, the railway line and the centre. Excellent food in the lakeside restaurant in the vicinity...

The location of Araba Fenice is fine. I loved the lakeside views right from my room. Each morning, I enjoyed breakfast outside with the sound of water lapping nearby. The breakfast selections were quite extensive, and I was impressed with the quality of the meals. The staff really stood out. They were attentive and very friendly. I faced an issue with the parking. Upon arrival, I learned there wasn't a designated spot immediately available, a bit stressful. Another downside was the hotel's dining options. While I enjoyed the meals, I found the menu at the on-site restaurants limited and relatively pricey, particularly for lighter fare. I also noticed the Wi-Fi could be spotty. This hotel offers a beautiful getaway but could use some improvements in communication and dining variety.

Loved it! Very pleasant hotel, beautiful location on Lake Iseo (on the back side a bit close to the road but who cares...), very friendly personnel, breakfast good, nice rooms, so very recommendable.

great views and easy access to parks and attractions
I really loved the fine views over the lake and the good pool area, both of with a perfect backdrop for a relaxing afternoon after exploring the beautiful Iseo region, including the nearby Chiesa di San Fermo just a short 10-minute walk away and Lungolago Iseo, perfect for a leisurely stroll along the water's edge.

I had superior room with a jacuzzi bathroom. The hotel had a remote position adjacent to Lake Iseo great breakfast and a great restaurant and a good bar and the lake side. The stay was comfortable and I would return there.

A Dreamy Lakeside Escape!
The fine room offered amazing lake views, perfect for sunset wine. We enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful buffet selection. Don't miss out on the local Prosecco, the staff will happily provide the glassware. Book early for parking, as it fills quickly!

Couples looking for a serene getaway
The breakfast was excellent and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated being upgraded to a room with a balcony that offered us a fine view of the lake, a sight.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

The Location is wonderful,it is a most fantastic setting.Great to have a pool sundeck area. The watersports are plentyful. This is for both active a passive visitors.
Select a lake view room or you get the railway line /road behind, which isnt that busy.Only three bikes for clients use.Rooms are acceptable but not fantastic.Small things I not going to knock it!

The location on lake Iseo and the fast access to Brescia
The staff is trying to be very helpful, but appears untrained and unexperienced

The hotel is conveniently located close to Iseo town which can be reached by car in a few minutes. As the hotel has been recently renovated, the rooms are neat and clean and have a modern touch. Our room was on the first floor and had a balcony right above the lake and facing the mountains. Absolutely fantastic view. Very good and tasty breakfast was served at the adjoining restaurant building.
You need a car to get into the town of Iseo. Unfortunately the famous gourmet restaurant (at the hotel) was not serving their normal menu due to the festive season and very few visitors.

Our room was amazing! We had a fantastic lake view and a nice balcony to soak it all in. The decor was modern with a comfortable vibe. We slept well in the stylish bed. The only downside was the road noise, but it didn't bother us much. A really pleasant stay!

It's an imposing building, but the location right on the side of the lake is breathtaking. We had a balcony room and it was lovely to sit and just look!
It's quite far out of Iseo, so you will need to drive into town if you want to go anywhere. It's a bit of a strange building, very grand and design led, but not quite getting there. The staff are friendly, but not exactly up on 'service' for the amount of stars: we had to take our own luggage up, not offered at all, and no one told us what time breakfast was or where it was (nor any info in the room), which meant we actually missed it the first morning. There is a train line right next to the hotel, but you don't really hear it and it's only a local line. If it's windy you WILL hear the lake lapping underneath the hotel! However,, despite all these, it IS one of the nicest hotels in the area, that we found.
